Alpha 2.1.1 Patch Notes

I mistakenly labelled the last update as Alpha 1.2.0 in its patch notes when it should have been Alpha 2.1.0. Now that I've adressed that, here are the patch notes for Alpha 2.1.1:

• Added steering (Kinda)
• The cursor now hides itself when in loading screens, and in the chase sequence.
