Alpha 2.3.0 Patch Notes

Here are the patch notes for Alpha 2.3.0:

• Police cars in the chase sequence now chase the player.
• Tweaked the Player Movement a little (This is barely noticable but I thought I'd include it here anyway.)
• The pause menu now actually pauses the game.

I also have this to tell you: Expect a tutorial pane in the next update. (Wow!)
